EMIR : one step beyond !

Hopefully by the end of the year, or later, as most deadlines have been happily passed by and forgotten without remorse, in fact, in May and July 2014, three major consultation documents have been issued by ESMA (of which one via the ESAs, the joint platform of the EU financial authorities). So that we can say just like in the meanwhile very old Madness hit song “One step beyond” … to implementation. Most probably we will finally know the scope and technical rules of the EMIR and thus how to apply and to comply to them.   The first consultation hat is the joint one concerns the risk mitigation and margins of what will be the real...
