Identification of beneficial owners : the corporate entities now on the spot
By Catherine MARTOUGIN, Partner at Baker McKenzie Luxembourg   On December 6, 2017, the Luxembourg bill of law n°7217 (the “Bill”) has been announced to transpose into Luxembourg law certain provisions(1) of the 4th European Union anti-money laundering directive EU 2015/849 dated 20 May 2015 (the “4th AML Directive”).
