Recent developments in remuneration policy for banks, investment firms, UCITS management companies and external AIFMs
Issuance of a CSSF circular regarding the ESMA Guidelines on remuneration policies and practices (MiFID), publication of an ESMA “Questions and Answers” on the application of the AIFMD, issuance of another CSSF circular regarding the Capital Require-ments Regulation (CRR), and submission to the Chambre des Députés of a bill of law transposing the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD 4).   The last weeks have been quite intense in terms of legislative and regulatory work in the field of remuneration policy.
