KNEIP, the leading service provider for the production and disclosure of legal, regulatory and contractual information for the fund industry, announced that Lee Marshall has been appointed Head of Information Technology Infrastructure. In his new role, Lee will be responsible for strategic planning and the development of the technology and infrastructure that KNEIP uses to help fund managers meet with new regulatory requirements such as AIFMD. Lee will work in partnership with Yizhi Sun, Head of Information Technology Development at KNEIP. Lee joins KNEIP from J.P.
