The Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LuxSE) announces the listing of the Belgian real estate developer Ghelamco’s new Green Bond on LuxSE’s regulated market. The EUR 47.5 million Green Bond is displayed on the Luxembourg Green Exchange (LGX), and follows Ghelamco’s inaugural EUR 20 million Green Bond which was listed on LuxSE and displayed on LGX in January this year.
Ghelamco is a real estate investor and developer operating in the office, residential, retail and logistics markets, and was founded in 1985.
