On 1 May 2016, Hervé Précigoux joined VANDENBULKE as Counsel. Hervé Précigoux will strengthen the Corporate practice team, bringing 10 years of international transactional corporate experience in Luxembourg. Hervé Précigoux specializes in corporate and financial law, including private equity transactions, national and cross-border mergers, restructurings, as well as securitisation transactions. Prior to joining VANDENBULKE, Hervé Précigoux was Managing Associate at Linklaters. Hervé Précigoux holds a 2004 Master’s degree (DJCE) in business law and tax, University of Nancy, France, as well as a LL.M. in European, International and Commercial Law, University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. Hervé is member of the Luxembourg Bar and of the Paris Bar.
