What makes Turkey so compelling from a business perspective?
Turkeys increasingly strong and diversified economy, as well as its geopolitical ties to neighbouring regions, offers many attractive opportunities to local and global business leaders. As of October 2011, Turkey is ranked the 15th largest economic power in the world, and the sixth largest in comparison to European Union countries. Geographically, it is a bridge between Europe, the CEI, the Caucasus, the Middle East, North Africa and central Asia.
