Filing annual accounts with the Trade Register : still a routine ?
The Luxembourg commercial and companies register (Registre de Commerce et des Socits or RCS) is pursuing its computerization, with a view to making company information more easily and rapidly accessible by interested parties and simplifying the disclosure formalities imposed upon undertakings. The Grand-Ducal Regulation of 14 December 2011 is one of the last milestones in the building up of a Central Balance Sheet Office in Luxembourg.
