What is the role of your group?
Our group focuses on a fairly new discipline named human factors and ergonomics. The study and application of Human Factors examines the relationship between human beings, their workplace environment and the systems and tools with which they interact.
Human Factors principles can be applied anywhere, in any business undertaken, in any public or private enterprise, small or medium or large or multinational and aims to improve efficiency, productivity, initiative, creativity, cost-effectiveness and satisfaction for all employees and leaders or decision makers.
