Monterey Funds Club flags likelihood of regulatory arbitrage from AIFM Directive
On a snowy afternoon in Luxembourg on 15 January 2013 the Monterey Funds Club celebrated its 10th anniversary with a panel session "Who is the Manager under the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive?" Up to 70 global investment managers and service providers from across Europe braved the conditions to attend the event, chaired by François Pfister, managing partner of Ogier in Luxembourg.
