On November 12, UBS hosted the third edition of its Family Office Forum in Luxembourg. Kick-starting the dialogue was a priority for the Swiss bank when the law was passed on Family Offices almost two years ago. Ariste Chiabotti, head of the UHNW client segment at UBS Luxembourg says: "This year, we wanted to focus on Private Equity, the philosophy behind investing directly in venture capital and the advantages of doing so for a family."
The event was attended by 40 single, multi-family offices and service providers based in the Grand Duchy but also wider afield.
