After years of legal uncertainty and multiple questions from legal and financial practitioners, the sun finally shone in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, following the law of 25 February 2022(1) (“Amending Law”) amending the Luxembourg Securitization Law of 22 March 2004 (as amended from time to time and by the Amending Law) (“Law”).
