Cargolux Airlines International S.A. has received the ‘International All-Cargo Carrier of the Year in Africa’ award at the Air Cargo Africa 2012 conference in Johannesburg, South Africa. The award, presented by trade magazine STAT Trade Times, was accepted by George Biwer, Cargolux Vice President Africa, during a recent celebratory event. The Air Cargo Africa 2012 conference, the second of its kind, enabled major industry players to present their services, to discuss opportunities and to forge new partnerships. ‘We are proud to be honored by our peers in the African air cargo industry and thankful for the recognition that our service and customer care receives’, Biwer stated.
