Ebsylon announces the launch of unique services relating to the Key Investor Information document (KIID) required by UCITS IV. A meant-to-be-simple document, the KIID requires extensive analytics and particular skills as regards its narrative parts. Transposing a funds objectives and investment policy in plain language is a time-consuming and tricky exercise. It is even more difficult for the risks not adequately captured by the Synthetic Risk and Reward Indicator. Initial tests evidence that the KIID narratives require about 4 hours of work to be compliant with the detailed requirements of CESR Guideline 10-1320.
