New law on moral harassment - Are you ready?

By Maurice MACCHI, Counsel and Julian KISSLINGER, Associate, Allen Overy au Luxembourg   According to the Luxembourg Chamber of Employees (CSL) calling upon the findings of the Sixth European Survey on Working Conditions by Eurofound, Luxembourg has been in 2015 - after France - the country with the highest prevalence of moral harassment in Europe. Since then, statistics have barely improved. These dismal findings beg the question as to the underlying reasons and in particular, how Luxembourg can redress this situation? This question seems all the more justified, given that unlike Luxembourg, many member states of the European Union, including Luxembourg’s three neighboring countries, have established a specific legal framework on moral harassment...
