Le groupe financier Commercial Union s’offre une nouvelle structure à Luxem-bourg: CGU INTERNATIONAL HOL-DINGS LUXEMBOURG, société de prise de participations constituée avec un capi-tal minimal de LUF 1,25 million et un ca-pital autorisé de LUF 500 millions (EUR 12,4 millions).
24.999 des 25.000 actions de LUF 50 ont été souscrites par Commercial Union International Holdings Ltd., le complément ayant été acquis par Commercial Union Nominee Holdings Ltd., toutes deux ba-sées à Londres.
