In a recent article published by this publication, I had the pleasure to introduce various Independent Captive Board Members (ICBMs). We shared definitions, characteristics, qualifications and the experience gained in the recruitment of highly qualified experts.
As an employee of Zurich Insurance Group, I pointed out that it is in our interest to support ICBMs and corresponding communities as part of our global customer-centricity strategy. Over the last decades, captive customers have become an important customer group for Zurich, as we manage international insurance programs in a holistic manner.
