Apex Group companies in Mauritius are comprised of Apex Financial Services (Mauritius) Ltd, Apex Fund Services (Mauritius) Ltd and Apex Fund and Corporate Services (Mauritius) Ltd. Dr. Sithanen will chair the Board, the Executive Committee and any other relevant committees including CSR.
