NatWest Trustee and Depositary Services Limited (TDS) has appointed a new Head of Customer Services and Operations.
Based in Edinburgh, Ken Cowan will be responsible for the client facing teams and operations that support the NatWest TDS division providing market leading and independent depositary services to the UK collective investment scheme industry. Working alongside the senior management team, Ken will be instrumental in managing the seamless integration of a significant transformation digital project across the Bank.
