UBS Luxembourg kick starts dialogue on Family Offices

On November 29, UBS in Luxembourg hosted the first-ever Family Office Forum at the Hotel Royal in Luxembourg. In front of 60 clients and business partners, UBS experts broached the subjects of the opportunities versus challenges Luxembourg represents for Family Offices as well as the governance proposed to avoid risk and protect clients. Economists and asset managers also touched on investment recommendations for the months to come, focusing particularly on Emerging Markets and Alternative Investments. UBS believes this forum was timely as Family Offices' role as well as regulation are becoming increasingly topical in Luxembourg.
