Ladbroke: transfert d’actifs au Luxem-bourg

A peine constituée avec un capital de GBP 25.000, souscrit par Travel Document Services Limited (GB-Watford), LAD-BROKE GROUP INTERNATIONAL LUXEMBOURG a reçu de la part de Lad-broke Group International Limited un ap-port supplémentaire de GBP 1,47 milliard, correspondant à une augmentation de ca-pital de GBP 749,975 millions, à une affec-tation de 75 millions à la réserve légale et à 645,4 millions de prime démission.
Cette recapitalisation a été intégra-lement libérée par lapport de la totalité du patrimoine du souscripteur, consistant notamment en des participations dans trois entités néerlandaises, LIH Hôtel In-ternational BV, London & Bardco Deve-lopments BV et Ladbroke International Holding BV (Amsterdam), ainsi que dans Ladbroke Hôtel USA Corporation, toutes actives...
