Leading international law firm SJ Berwin announced today (2 January) that it has launched an office in Luxembourg. The decision to open in Luxembourg is driven by SJ Berwin’s commitment to enter markets which are significant to our clients and Luxembourg is an increasingly important jurisdiction for many of our clients. The office will be launched by partners Alexandrine Armstrong-Cerfontaine and Geoffrey Scardoni and focus on Corporate, Finance, Private Equity, Funds and Tax. Alexandrine, appointed as the managing partner of the Luxembourg office, launched Armstrong Cerfontaine Avocats in Luxembourg in 2009, prior to which she worked for Allen Overy in London, Paris and Luxembourg.
