Eurasian Resources Group S.à r.l. (ERG), a leading diversified natural resources group headquartered in Luxembourg, would like to announce the following changes to the composition of the Board of Directors, which are aimed at further developing and strengthening the Company in response to global challenges and fast-changing market conditions:
- Mr Shukhrat Ibragimov, a member of the Board since 2021, has been elected Chairman.
- Mr Sabir Chodiev is replacing Dr Patokh Chodiev.
- Mr Eduard Surlevich is replacing Dr Alexander Machkevitch.
- Representatives of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Deputy Prime Minister Mr Serik Zhumangarin and Minister of Finance Mr Madi Takiyev – continue in their roles as members of the Board...
