VPsf is a Professional of the Financial Sector, as such we are authorized by the Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) to act as administrative agent of the financial sector, registrar agent and corporate domiciliation agent. In short, we essentially provide fund accounting and transfer agent services to regulated investment funds.
Together with the other entities of Value Partners group, we offer a complete range of core services to the private equity, real assets and debt capital sectors, in both regulated and non-regulated markets, with the aim of providing a one-stop-shop experience.
