Ogier has appointed a new partner in its Luxembourg office to head its corporate practice as one of three recruitments aimed to further strengthen its onshore international offering. Bertrand Geradin, whose appointment takes the firm’s 25-strong Luxembourg team to five partners, has more than 15 years’ experience with law firms in Luxembourg, Brussels, London and Philadelphia. He specialises in corporate law advising private equity and real estate clients, asset managers as well as multinational companies.
