Solvency II – Achieving Equivalence

Diverging and different local regulatory transpositions of the Solvency II Directive (SII) may complicate insurance groups’ business development abroad.   Solvency II firstly targets the European Economic Area (EEA), but it will also impact other countries outside of the EEA.
