Vistra (Luxembourg) S.à r.l., the Luxembourg branch of the Vistra Group, a world-wide independent trust and company services provider, is pleased to announce the arrival of a new Managing Director, Ivo Hemelraad. Ivo, a Dutch national, obtained in 1989 his Law degree at the University of Utrecht, where he specialized in Corporate law. In 1990 he joined MeesPierson Trust & International Private Banking in Amsterdam as Senior Account Manager in the Corporate Trust Services Department. After four years he was appointed Managing Director for MeesPierson Trust Switzerland.
