Recognised for his abilities in legal directories such as Legal 500, Milan assists managers across all asset classes in the setup of fund vehicles. He is also part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Private Equity team, due to his specialised knowledge in this field. Milan is a fully trained German-qualified lawyer (Rechtsanwalt), admitted to the bar in Luxembourg and Germany.
