Balancing Powers: How is Luxembourg shaping its merger control regime?

Amongst others, competition law has not been spared from the sweep of reforms. Having already materialized into a number of amendments to the existing competition legislation, the reforms are set to culminate in the enactment of a national merger control regime, a significant development that promises to fortify the oversight of mergers and acquisitions in Luxembourg.
