The Luxembourg data protection authority (Commission Nationale pour la protection des données or CNPD) has issued its 20th annual report, marking 20 years as Luxembourg’s data protection watchdog. The role of the CNPD has certainly changed since 2018 with the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
