Vistra, a leading global trust, fund administration and corporate services provider, announces the appointment of Jervis Smith as Country Managing Director of Vistra Luxembourg. Jervis Smithwill be responsible for leading Vistra’s Luxembourg office and growing the business, together with the Vistra office in The Netherlands. Based in Luxembourg, he will report to Vincent Bremmer, Regional Managing Director, Europe, Vistra. With more than 35 years of experience in the banking and finance industry, Jervis Smith has extensive international leadership experience, having held a number of senior management roles in Citi, Financial and General Bank PLC and National Westminster Bank.
