Life is not all white or all black, ideas are not all good and managements not all old-fashioned – neither necessarily conservative. Life is just an interesting alchemy of different – sometime even opposite – ingredients. An intriguing cocktail, sweet and sour, smooth and spicy, challenging and scaring, exciting and boring. And so on.
Interestingly, during the recent months I read and heard curious opinions, positions and reflections about the best and most efficient recipes to stimulate growth - to the widest possible extent - within a given company, not necessarily financial not industrial.
