Financial services providers (FSP) are increasingly recognizing the strategic value of data and are more and more seizing the opportunities in data management that new organizational forms, techniques, and cooperation models present. Most institutions face the challenges of their own historically grown and complex IT architecture. The question is whether a new architectural concept – such as a data lakehouse – can bring about a significant improvement in the data architecture in this case.
