Seasoned finance lawyer Nicolas Bonora has joined Ogier as counsel in the firm's Banking and Finance team in Luxembourg. Described as "excellent" by Legal 500 EMEA, 2021, Nicolas specialises in leveraged finance, real estate finance, fund finance, cross-border acquisition finance, restructurings and high yield debt offerings. He has more than ten years of experience working on Luxembourg financing matters and also worked for a year in the New York office of a large European firm. Before joining Ogier, Nicolas was counsel in the banking and finance department of a large European firm in Luxembourg.
