Messaouda Benbouzid is a senior associate in the firm's Corporate practice. She advises clients on a wide range of MA, private equity and corporate finance matters. Messaouda studied law in France. She holds a master's II degree in banking and finance law (2011) and a master's I degree in private law (2010) from the University of Strasbourg.
