Fidelity International : Priced to perform : A new model for management fees

We will move away from a flat fee model and get paid according to how well we do for our clients.   In response to the debate around the value of active fund management, the industry’s alignment with client interests and the transparency of charging structures, we believe the industry needs to change how it charges for its services. This is why we are introducing a new variable management fee model across our active equity capabilities for our clients, globally.
