Allen Overy (AO) has announced the promotion of two new partners, three new counsel, eight senior associates and one senior legal advisor in Luxembourg. A total of 40 partners have been elected to the partnership of the combined firm, by their current respective firms. AO elected 32 partners and Shearman Sterling elected eight, consistent with the relative size of the two firms and their geographic footprints.
Baptiste Aubry, has been promoted to partner in the Financial Services Regulatory department and Franz Kerger, has been promoted to partner in the Tax department.
