With questions mounting about the dangers and opportunities of generative artificial intelligence (AI) with such an example as ChatGPT, the FinTech and Innovation Forum of the Luxembourg Bankers’ Association (ABBL) is shedding more light on the stance of banking professionals on the adoption of this technology thanks to a recent survey conducted with its members. Among the main findings, we learn that 76% of respondents are optimistic about the benefits and opportunities offered by ChatGPT, and the majority of respondents are allowed by their institution to use it respecting data protection guidelines.
