Europa Capital, the pan-European real estate investment manager, announces that it will strengthen its European presence by opening a permanent office in Luxembourg, dedicated to the management and structuring of its European activity. Europa Capital has opened this new office to coincide with the appointment of Eric Biren as Partner. Eric Biren has worked with Europa Capital as consultant in an advisory capacity for the last 20 years. Prior to joining Europa Capital on a permanent basis, Eric Biren was «Expert-Comptable» and Managing Director of JTC Signes S.à r.l., where he also managed multiple client mandates for clients active in the private equity and real estate industry at all levels from funds to smaller property companies.
