During the last two years, firms in Luxembourg have embraced practicing télétravail on a much larger scale than was ever anticipated in such a short period of time. Due to the rapid acceleration of the implementation of télétravail, public policies and cooperation between governments, businesses and social partners have been essential to ensure this new way of working is innovative, efficient and protects employees, companies, and clients, not to mention information and data as well. This vital infrastructure has allowed firms the choice to decide to either maintain télétravail practices or more likely move to a hybrid way of working.
