In October 2021, Brussels Energy Club had held a meeting discussion with Mikhail Yulkin, dedicated to Russian Climate Strategy. Yulkin is one of the leading pro-climate experts in Russia. Coincidentally, in the same month, just a few days before the Glasgow Climate Summit, the Russian government adopted the Strategy of the socio-economic development of the Russian Federation with a low level of GHG emissions until 2050.
