What Can Europe Expect from the European Commission in 2020?

In contrast to the Juncker Commission, the von der Leyen Commission is operating in a post-Brexit context, the economic crisis is no longer at the fore of the European agenda, and this new Commission is self-described as ‘geopolitical’, rather than merely political.
