15 things you can prepare so you minimize stage fright

In fact, we’ve all heard how Public Speaking can be one of the top fears for people – right up there with death and spiders.   What I find very interesting when I work with my clients is that there can be a number of different reasons for the stress. These can include the size of the audience, being the focus of all that attention, forgetting what they want to say, getting questions that are too difficult, and the equipment not working.   A lot of these elements can be reduced with a good preparation in advance of your talk.   With that in mind, here are 15 things...
