Luxembourg-based OCSiAl, the global leader in graphene nanotube synthesis, announces the appointment of Alain Kinsch as an independent nonexecutive director, effective May 14, 2024.
Alain Kinsch has served as the President of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange since May 2022 and is Vice President of the Luxembourg State Council. From 2004 to 2020, he was a prominent figure at Ernst Young (EY). He founded and led, from 2004 to 2012, EY’s Private Equity practice in Luxembourg and served as the leader of EY’s Private Equity fund practice for EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India, Africa).
