What is your background? How was your firm born?
In their pursuit of a secure, easy-to-integrate, and cost-effective electronic signature API for their startup (BoardiGO, a governance platform), Paul Cayon and Julien Jenoudet, the founders, spent a summer evaluating various options.
Despite their efforts, they were unable to locate a suitable solution and opted to develop their own signature using an industrial approach. This unique strategy resulted in the creation of a patented, innovative tech stack, and a disruptive product.
