Shaping Europe’s digital future with the upcoming review of the NIS Directive

As part of this recovery plan, large investments will be made in cybersecurity in order to increase Member States’ capabilities in this domain and boost the EU’s overall cybersecurity capability. This will be accompanied by a review of the Directive on security of network and information systems (“NIS Directive” or “Directive”), which is the first piece of EU-wide legislation on cybersecurity...
