Strategic autonomy: a new engine for European economic growth
Recent geopolitical developments have exposed Europe’s dependence on other regions for energy, raw materials, technology and critical supply chains. Conflicts and trade disruptions have demonstrated that this reliance poses significant risks to both economic stability and security. As a result, strategic autonomy has moved to the top of the European agenda.
