“Retailization”: What Opportunities for Sustainable Finance?

The package consists of proposals designed to enhance European competitiveness by providing “its citizens with greater access to financial instruments to grow their wealth”.   Drawing upon these decisions and recent articles published on the “Retailization” trend, this article examines the potential for retail investors within the sustainable finance market.
