The zeb.digital pulse check, now in its fourth year, not only shows the status and progress achieved in digitalization, but also the opportunities and potentials that are available to European banks if they consistently pursue their digital transformation.
A total of 159 respondents from European banks took part in the study, most of them (around 82 percent) from the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. A discernible focus is on regional banks.
