On 18 December 2020, another meeting of Brussels Energy Club’s Emerging markets series was held, this time devoted to Bangladesh, in cooperation with the Bangladeshi Embassy to Belgium and the EU. Speakers joined us live from Bangladesh: the experienced Maqbul- E-Elahi Chowdhury, member of Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission and Siddique Zobair, former Additional Secretary in Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resource, and Faisal Khan, Director of Summit Power Corporation. The meeting was opened by Bangladeshi Ambassador-designate Mahbub Hasan Saleh and moderated by Marat Terterov, the founder of Brussels Energy Club.
